@shawnthefoodsheep: Only eating in Houston’s EaDo neighborhood for a full day 🇭🇷⚽️ Since EaDo will be the official site of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Fan Festival, I thought it’d be fun to show y’all some of my favorite spots to eat around here. 🥐 Breakfast: Started at Koffeteria, a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Bakery. Grabbed a Cambodian elote cornbread, pumpkin mochi, and a French onion danish — they always have the most creative pastries in town. 🍖 Lunch: Hit up J-Bar-M Barbecue, recently named Michelin Recommended. The sliced brisket sandwich and turkey were unreal, and I had to add brisket tacos on the side. 🍕 Dinner: Wrapped up at Tiny Champions, one of Houston’s best pizza spots. Their wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas go way beyond the classics — the salami picante with hot honey and goat cheese ricotta is a must.
