I also have Hashimoto’s. I had a positive ANA and tested for lupus but no signs of anything systemic. My skin looks like yours on my face. Both dermatologist and rheumatologist think I should get a skin biopsy to test for skin lupus. I have high sensitivity to sun.

I did AIP for the first 5-6 months this year and it stopped my flares for a different chronic illness. Now I’m gluten free and dairy free with few reoccurrences and way less intense flares if they happen. I lost and kept off 30 lbs too!
