I love my hour commute 🥰I listen to books I call family and friends during the ride I watch full stand up comedies 😂. You definitely made the right choice in 10 years you’ll have a natural return you have space to grow don’t doubt yourself 🥰

I bought my house 4 yrs ago and I was so scared as a single woman but buying a small home was def the best decision. I went back and forth with getting a small home or something larger. My home is 950 sq feet and as a very unhandy person I haven’t felt overwhelmed with upkeep at all

I bought mine last year. i moved out and moved to atlanta for a year and put tenants in my place. but after a while apartment, life started to get to me. sharing walls, noise ect. i'm moving back once my tenant's lease is up. it's nothing like being in your own space

I had buyer’s remorse really bad the month I moved in that lasted the first two years. But now it’s been three years and I look at it as a stepping stone to get to where I want to be eventually. It doesn’t have to be your forever home!

Yessss 10 years in. I wish I never would have bought a place. Wish I would have stayed renting then bought a camper and moved into the rv park. House put me in debt. Trees, roof, taxes. Not even worth it.

I regret mine too. There’s been no financial benefit since rent prices have stabilized. I pay significantly more than renting. Only plus is that I can renovate - but that’s just more money.

At least you didn’t buy your house so your dog can have a yard. Our dogs hate the yard 😭. Find something fun to do during commute, listen to audiobooks or podcast, call your family/friends, etc
