Yes, what she did was wrong. Fortunately, it was only around £200 (which is bad enough) and definitely disrespectful to all the people who really do have cancer. But it was eight years ago now, she paid her penalty and stood trial for it. People can change, she regularly donates a lot and does her best as a mother. Let her be.
