I’m skeptical of the method. Tried a couple products and they ruined my hair. Everyone who does this method, has very flat hair in my opinion.

Abby Yung method strengthened my hair after I had some heat damage and my hair was coming out in clumps (not from scalp but from breakage). Now the tiniest bit of hair comes out and it’s long. Took 1 year. In another year I think it will be the fullness I had before.
