@sophiemorrisofficial: Chocolate Ice Cream Homemade Swap!! 🤩 This is such a no brainer homemade swap, with just 3 nutritious ingredients, it’s so much healthier and cheaper than shop bought ice cream 🙌 plus it’s so easy and quick to make!! My kids absolutely love this ice cream, they don’t even realise there’s banana in it 😆 and it’s not just for kids, I adore it too! You don’t need to use exact quantities for this recipe, but here’s the approximate measurements I use: 2 very ripe bananas, sliced and frozen A splash of milk (any milk will work) 1 tbsp of raw 100% cacao powder Blitz all together in the food processor until smooth. Either enjoy soft serve or put it into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to your desired consistency! Scoop and eat straight away 😍 This quantity makes 1 large or 2 small portions and you can multiply the quantities to make a larger amount! Top tip 👉 if you don’t like chocolate ice cream you can swap the cacao powder for either vanilla extract to make vanilla ice cream or frozen berries to make berry ice cream 😍 Will you give this a try?
