She nailed the finger tip to nose exercise. She’s walking just fine and she’s talking without slurring. Those other test are absolute nonsense. I’m a police officer and I hate seeing other officers make arrest like this.

if they ask u to do a field sobriety your under arrest, they tell me I failed after being on the water for 8 hours and then when I nlew half the legal limit they still arrested me and told me if he thought I drank to much coffee to operate a boat he would arrest me, chages where dropped 8 months later because the cops refused to provide 22 minutes of erased video but still cost me 5k for lawyer fees

tell them hell no on the field sobriety, don't play their power trip games. ask for a breathalyzer and be done with it. they will say they don't have one well go get one! field sobriety is an unpassable test.
