When my grandad had a heart attack on Everest he was told walk or die, his climbing partners couldn’t carry on carrying him, so he walked for 10 days down the mountain till he could get to a point to get him to a hospital, he was around 7000m when he had the heart attack, honestly not even sure how he survived that one.
