That child is terrified of her. Cps needs to keep a close eye on the situation. When a child clings to a stranger rather than running to their parent it’s the biggest red flag and can’t be ignored.

The boy ran away from her for a reason. I can make rules and discipline my kids all day long and still show lover and compassion. My kids still run into my arms after missing me. The fact this child doesn’t want to be anywhere near her is a red flag. Massive red flag.
