Girl I feel this. Having adhd while also having a bunch of kids, I always procrastinate everything until it’s almost too late lol it’s always something so simple to get done but it feels so overwhelming for some reason.

Girl. 😭 I didn’t know I had a cracked tooth. I needed a crown recently…. It was literally too much. Go to that damn dentist. And I’m so strict about my teeth. But it happens to all of us!

I haven’t been to the dentist in like 5 years. I’ve had 2 kids since then and I’m pregnant again so my teeth really have been through it. But the dentist FREAKS me out! I have an appointment this coming Tuesday

Go to the densit. I just went after 5 years. I have to get a root canal and crown at the age of 23. And I have so many cavity’s :(

My teeth got so bad during my 2nd pregnancy like I developed so many cavity’s and my teeth were so sensitive to absolutely everything even though I brushed and flossed every day while pregnant and I still have to get a root canal done for my front k-9 but I’m absolutely terrified to get one done but the point is I feel so much better after routinely going to the dentist and completing my treatment plan aside from the root canal so far

girl four pregnancies fucked my teeth up because I ended up having a calcium deficiency during my last 3 pregancies& then postpartum. then had 7 surgeries back to back and 2 biopsy done on my breast n underpit.well even with brushing 3xs and then brushing only 2x after surgeries cause shit hurt. my teeth still fell out. I hate my smile. I hate talking. but cant afford implants it fucking sucks
