It actually really depends on how tall you are I'm only 5'3 so the short one works great and your abs aren't taking a hit but the effort in Mid abs are

Why not just do hanging leg lifts, or plain old crunches and sit-ups... they're free, no equipment and no worry about storage. ✌️😎🏝
