Well that was a rabbit hole! I’m getting a mill. I’ve looked up Greek bread (no kneed ing) and how to make the flour into self raising. And how to do this in the air fryer. Looking forward to it! I’m sure I can find other things to make. I wish to order a 9kg bag. Please let me know postage. No rush ax I have to order the mill - & some baking powder.

You should also advertise the electric grain mill that’s already in the tiktok shop and get royalties for sales, as well as the Russel Hobbs Breadmaker also in the tiktok shop. I have both of these and use them to make bread every day.

This is an awesome idea all the nutrients of the grain for freshly milled flour rather than the supermarket synthetically bleached flour oh and sourdough starters absolutely love freshly milled flour with a faster proving time
