Chicken Kebab Pasta Salad  If you’re bored of the same old pasta salads you have to try this recipe. It’s got all the flavours of a chicken kebab but in a fresh high protein pasta salad 🤤 It also keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days… which means less cooking and absolutely no need to turn the hob on again in this heat 😂☀️ Ingredients (serves 4): 500g chicken breast, diced
 2 tsp smoked paprika
 2 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp ground coriander
 1 tsp garlic granules
 1 tsp onion granules
 1 tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp ground turmeric
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 50g 0% Greek yoghurt
 ½ tbsp tomato purée
 Juice of ½ lemon
 Salt & black pepper Pasta Salad 220g dried fusilli
1 romaine lettuce, shredded
½ cucumber, diced
150g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp sumac (optional but does add a lovely zing) Pickled Red Onions (or use shop bought)  1 large red onion, thinly sliced
 100ml distilled white vinegar
 100ml warm water
 Pinch of salt Garlic Sauce 250g 0% Greek yoghurt
50g lighter mayonnaise
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt to taste  Black pepper to taste 
1-2 tbsp warm water, to loosen Chilli Sauce 30g sriracha ✨ Mix together all of the chicken & marinade ingredients. Leave as long as you can.  ✨ Pickle the red onion by combining the vinegar, warm water and salt. Add the onion and set to one side.  ✨ Cook the pasta until al dente leave to cool.  ✨ Mix together all of the garlic sauce ingredients, adding a splash of warm water if needed to loosen. ✨ Air fry the chicken at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through. ✨ Toss the pasta with 2/3 of the garlic sauce, then fold through the cucumber, tomatoes, and most of the pickled onions. ✨ Divide the shredded lettuce between bowls and spoon over the pasta. ✨ Top with the chicken, drizzle with the remaining garlic sauce and chilli sauce, then finish with the remaining pickled onions & sumac.
