I made a complaint months ago using your template put all the information registration plates name and address when I purchased the cars and they have recently responded saying they have no record of my cars and I have to make a new complaint with information on the cars and name and address which I sent in the original complaint letter they are giving me the runaround what can I do?

I don’t have the details of the finance company. It was in 2005 I had finance at 19.
