@mattiastable: PANE E PANELLE 🇮🇹🫘🍋 One of the best street foods in my opinion, and naturally vegan 🌱 Ingredients 👇🏻 750ml water 250g chickpea flour ½ tbsp salt 1tbsp chopped parsley Black pepper Instructions: Combine the water, chickpea flour and salt little by little to achieve a smooth “batter”. Place the pot over low heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring (almost) constantly. Once very thick, remove from the heat and add in the chopped parsley and black pepper. Place on a tray with parchment paper and spread it to about ½cm thick, letting it cool down to room temperature. Finally, heat some oil in a deep pan and (after cutting into square or rectangles about 6/7cm per side) fry for 3-4 minutes per side.
