Boil chicken feet & carcass for 5-10 minutes to release impurities 2. Drain and rinse chicken bones 3. Clean & rough chop veggies 4. Add cleaned bones & veggies to crockpot, add water until covered 5. Cook on low for about 24 hours *optional: I removed the veggies at 12 hours for a milder broth 6.
