@_haileyhiggins: Easy, inexpensive crockpot chicken bone broth recipe for skin and gut health Ingredients: - 1.5lb chicken feet - 1 rotisserie chicken carcass - 3 stalks of celery - 3 large carrots - 1 yellow onion - 1 large head of garlic, or 2 small - water 1. Boil chicken feet & carcass for 5-10 minutes to release impurities 2. Drain and rinse chicken bones 3. Clean & rough chop veggies 4. Add cleaned bones & veggies to crockpot, add water until covered 5. Cook on low for about 24 hours *optional: I removed the veggies at 12 hours for a milder broth 6.
