The US don’t have more additives, we just have stricter labeling. Thus companies have to disclose every little specific thing. Meanwhile other countries also have high fructose corn syrup, but are allowed to label it as sugar.

Yeah, I’ve never met a single person for whom ez cheese was a staple on their grocery list. Maybe for parties, and like you said for kids sometimes, but I rarely see a can of cheese.

I know ketchup is the traditional meatloaf sauce but I’m not a fan. My meatloaf gets a slathering of sauce made from Worcestershire Sauce, tomato paste, and honey.

The whole meatloaf being some sort of terrifying thing trope that existed in all media as a kid, I never got it. Meatloaf is delicious. Also, my cats LOVE cheese in a can. (It’s a rare decadent treat)

I had cheese whiz once when I was a kid. It sort of tastes like Kraft cheese slices but saltier somehow. It’s not the worst thing I’ve had but never wanted it again after that one time.

Salisbury steak. Thats what it is. Just one large Salisbury steak. Literally, its 1:1. You can say meatballs, sure, but Salisbury steak is literally the same seasonings in the same quantity. It just needs the mushroom gravy.
