As a former jail nurse, jail/prison justice is a real thing especially with certain charges- he probably wanted to avoid that. Such a sad situation. Poor baby girl, can’t imagine the pain her mother and the rest of the family is experiencing because of his selfish decision to leave her in that car. Knowing that it was a pattern of behavior makes me feel even worse- it would be tempting to blame the mother, but I am sure there is more to the story. He is the adult who made this decision. Makes me wonder if addiction was also involved for him.

I saw that but the story is weird. He didn't show for his appearance. They have him listed as dead but the judge confirmed his sentencing court date for later in Nov. No attorney's answered any questions upon leaving.

This whole thing was so weird. I have no clue why the wife was supportive of him especially since he had done that before. I felt so bad for the family and poor baby. However, I blamed the dad 100%.

I think prisoners give better justice to children abusers/unalivers than the justice system.

The fact that he was able to be out…..AND HE TOOK A TRIP TO HAWAII RECENTLY!! Writing was on the wall. Justice never served. All of this was preventable.
