there are adult harness you can buy tnay are like 40$ that hook into the seatbelt so she wont slouch forward or fall over if its also about falling over use a seat wedge or some kind of thing that can push against her one side

Car safety is way more important than sitting in a regular seat. I had to sit in a long time because I am not tall and therefore had to sit in one. I have cerebral palsy but I have some what good core strength when I have a back to lean on 💚
