I checked in at the wrong store once before. They were so nice, called the other store and told them about my mistake. Went to the right store, called the number and they brought out my order. People really do need to stop with all of the attention seeking behavior!

people act like mistakes don't happen. I went to Wendy's last night to get their new frosting mix or whatever it's called the lady accidentally charged me for somebody else's order I caught it told her hey you charged me for somebody else's meall I just had the Frosty. you could tell she was gearing up to have to defend herself. I just told her wasn't a big deal no harm done and went on about my day.

that happened to me. sat there for a while then one of them came to ask me about my order. realized I sent it to the wrong Walmart. I was so mad at myself. now I always check cuz I hate going to super centers. 😏

It’s happened to me. I called and they apologized. Got it fixed as well. At a particular fast food restaurant I had it happen twice where it messed up. I had to go in and asked very nicely if something was going on because this was the second time it happened.

I did a target pickup the other day, was waiting like 10 mins and finally a guy came around asking for my info, I gave it, turns it they gave my order to another car, asked me to wait while he redid it, said no problem, he came back another 10 mins later with my order and a gift card, thanked me for being nice to him!! Poor guy said he gets yelled at a lot.

Mistakes happen. I went to pickup my order one day and got a call on my way. Someone had reshelved it as a return. Could I come in fifteen minutes because she was personally going to reshop it all? Absolutely! I went to get Dutch Bros and got there to pick it up just a short while later. No need to freak out 🤦♀️

I❤️Walmart pickup bc I hate shopping in all forms. (I hope Costco actually does this 1 day). I didn’t get my ‘it’s rdy’ txt til hours after I picked up my order, then I also got a txt: ‘you have substitutions’ after that. Technical issues happen yes, but it’s really the Shoppers responsibility to be on top of everything.
