My dad was a cop in the Chicago suburbs and spent his last two years working out of uniform with social workers on mental health and domestic violence calls. The results were incredible. Anyone who can’t see how positive that is clearly doesn’t understand modern policing or care about officers’ well-being, only about keeping their community members policed.
