You need a “good cop” teacher and a “bad cop” teacher team bc the balance is crucial. Bad cop teacher disciplines and has “scary” aura and the mom stare down. Good cop teacher praises when they listen and comforts

I start out my day as the gentle one but can quickly change to the other one. I don’t like that side of me, but sometimes she has come out because of the disrespect from the students.
