The election results may help SCOTUS find its spine. He won’t be in power forever, and 6 of the 9 want Rs to win the next election. SCOTUS might want to stop him from tanking the economy. (Nothing will convince me that these 6 do anything on principle—it’s all about the political outcomes they want)
