I feel this. Keratoconus has robbed us all that have it. I hate it, it has gotten worse for me over the last year it robbed me.

Thank you for sharing the truth of keratoconus with everyone. My eyes seem worse every day and I’ve already been told that I have the best script I’ll get. I see decently well with my lenses but I can’t play piano anymore cause I can’t read the music. I could go get huge music, yes, but it took away the joy from it. I’m constantly preparing my husband for me to not be able to get my lenses in myself. The amount of times I have people say “just get glasses” is insane. People that don’t have it don’t understand.

Thank you for acknowledging this cause everyone is around me just treated it like it was this general thing and not a problem and that it’s not an inconvenience. I know I’m not an inconvenience but this sure as hell has been inconvenient for me. It’s been hard and painful, and the appointments are long and stressful and this is the most invisible illness I’ve ever had multiple other invisible illnesses. Thank you.😭

@nocalleridayy: I'm 21 years old I was just diagnosed with keratoconus and I'm so depressed I can't drive, I can't go out to stores w/o holding someone's hand so I run into anyone or anything. This condition is genuinely the worst thing ever . I'm so depressed I can't see anything .

I am living with Kerateconus also ... And really this just makes me cry because living with this eye disease it's very hard . I've lost confidence in myself, and I just hate it when people make fun of it like I asked for it , I fo through a lot everyday with this
