I don’t want a female technician in my shop mostly because all the guys wanna hover around that technicians bay and play grab Ass until there’s a sexual harassment suit. It’s just protecting the business.

I haven't seen that many. A few were ok that I met but mostly it was drama and a statement to why they were there. That is the wrong agenda as far as I am concerned. You are there to work, you need help ok but to stand back and take credit....No. Admit you needed someone to get a bolt loose, you take full credit then you are on your own.

ive worked with a couple. any complaint on performance is met with some b.s. about how its just against her because she is a woman, and nothing to do with their blatant incompetence. one girl couldnt even do basic diag, took forever to fire her because she would just run to HR and claim "discrimination". most of us dont care whats in your pants. just do you job, do it well, and dont make a big deal out of nothing. in my experience, the women coming in have an issue with accountability, and as a tech you have to be fully accountable. props to the women who actually come in and do the job well, but they are few and far between.
