so I knit, and I am 99% sure that the skirt on that last dress is knit (arm knit or broom handle knit probably for those massive stylised stitches), which would allow them to try the dress, and then pull out the last couple rows and redo them with a slightly different tension if the length wasn't quite right. the long stitches you can get with yarnovers too, so changing how many y/os you do could also give you more control over the length. it's a super gorgeous dress!

So great to hear your opinion on the Doja Cat dress because other people hated it but I immediately identified how fantastic the fit and design was, even despite the colour not being my favourite. And few people know how hard it is to perfect such a low plunge like that!
