I’m so sorry. I feel u. My mum also passed away nearly two months ago. I’m feeling the same way so true what yr feeling. My heart is so broken. But I do believe there in in a better place with no pain. I think we feel like this cause we’re coming into Xmas which is going to be so shit. But take care I hear you. Xxx

I’m so, so sorry for your loss. I promise it does get easier with time. In my experience, the first year is the worst. Allow yourself to feel everything, as difficult as it is. While the grief and loss never fully go away, the suffering does ease. Think of it like a tree, life keeps moving and somehow we keep growing with it. Sending you love and strength 🤍
