I just saw a video from LA Times of 🧊 detaining a father, and then getting in his car, masks and guns, and driving off in his car with his toddler still in the back seat. The family has since been reunited but I can’t stop thinking about the trauma that little girl will carry for the rest of her life. 💔

Having to tell my adult family members that my children are people who get to make decisions for themselves even at 5, 7, and 13 is like a new concept to them. They don’t understand why I don’t just force them into things.

Thank you for your voice! The idea of needing ACTIVISTS for CHILDREN is actually insane when you really pause to think about that. Protecting children should be the NORM not something we need freakin activists for?!!!! And where is the "pro-life" party in all of this?????

As a parent who volunteered in the classroom for years—those little students LOVE their teachers so deeply. To see this happen to someone they feel so connected to was painful for them. I am absolutely …furious and heart broken about the state of the world and our country right now. I pray that those who are doing these things see justice and not a single moment of peace. The money they accept will leave invisible blood stains on their hands. I’m wishing them the absolute worst. It’s unspeakable

former Pre k and School age educator turned advocate. Its horrific. I wondered everyday if I would be standing between my students and a masked pewpew wielder.. I am so sad and stand with every educator in direct service right now. Thank you for sharing. Please make sure you take care of yourself as much as you take care of your littles. 🩵

As a fellow daycare teacher this is quite literally SO scary and such a real fear in the current regime. People like @Ms Rachel @mychal do SO much to advocate for ALL children because they have NO say and NO agency in this world that the grown ups have created and are destroying for THEIR futures 😭😭😭🥺❤️🩹❤️🩹
