Why wouldn’t she just go to court and present her evidence to the court and destroy the prosecution and make case law as a result to then get leverage and possibly get laws in place to take down these cams that are becoming ubiquitous

Cops often say not all cops are bad. The realty is that when things like this comes to light, entire police departments will often remain silent or explain it away. Zero açcountability. This is what makes all cops bad and untrustworthy.

I have a serious question that I think you sir can answer for all of us and that question is what kind of interactions are there that a citizen can have with a police officer? I know of consensual but I don’t know what makes it consensual and as far as that are there other kinds of interactions because a consensual I would think implies that there are also non consensual are there more and if so how many more and what defines these interactions?
