These are not ordinary potatoes. They are cocktail-hour potatoes. The @durtygurl olive brine lends these potatoes depth rather than sharpness. Salty without aggression. Luxurious without trying too hard. 1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon Gold potatoes Kosher salt Extra-virgin olive oil Freshly cracked black pepper Dirty Gurl Martini Aioli: 1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 garlic cloves, finely grated Zest and juice of one lemon Maldon salt and fresh cracked black pepper The dirty martini you have been drinking …all of it For Finishing: 1/3 cup chopped @partannafoods Castelvetrano olives 2 Tablespoons chopped chives Maldon Salt and fresh cracked black pepper Lemon zest Your favorite caviar Place the potatoes into salted cold water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender but not falling apart, about 18 to 22 minutes depending on size. Drain well and allow the potatoes to steam dry for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread the potatoes onto a parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with Maldon salt and cracked black pepper. Roast for 35 to 45 minutes, turning once if needed, until deeply golden, crisp around the edges, and almost lacy underneath. While the potatoes roast, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon, garlic, and lemon juice and your martini. Season with Maldon salt and black pepper until smooth, then chill. Arrange the crispy potatoes onto a platter with swooshes of Dirty Gurl martini aioli underneath and around them. Scatter with chopped olives, chives, flaky salt, and lemon zest. If using caviar, spoon a little onto the dish just before serving. Enjoy, with another martini of course! Durty Gurl Martini: 3 oz Dirty Girl Vodka 2 oz Dirty Girl Aged Olive Brine 3–4 Olives Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Durty Gurl Vodka, Durty Gurl Aged Olive Brine. Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until ice cold. Strain into a chilled @graceeradesign Zelda martini glass. Garnish with olives. Serve immediately. Make another! #cocktailhour #appetizer #caviar #luxurious #martini
