Good job! A wait list is an acceptance without an available seat. Seats don’t open up for a while, so you may not know until spring. But prepare to reapply. Keep up the hard work—you’ll get there!

A lot of schools waitlist to preserve their numbers and will accept as they figure out their numbers! Send the school an email in a month saying they’re your no.1 and you will attend if you get in!

Girl my friend got denied by every med school he applied to and was waitlisted by 1 (amazing stats, this was 8 years ago and he had a 515 mcat, valedictorian, double majored in bio and chem with 4.0 gpa). He got off the waitlist 1 month becfore classes started. Its still so early dont loose hope!
