I had the exact same problem. I reached out to Samsung. They sent a tech out who changed out the computer board problems been fixed ever since no charge.

ice maker problems! refrigerator leaks! back is frozen and have to thaw every few months. After 8 years just gave up on it and getting new fridge monday
