I used to work at a popular tourist attraction, and these two came in with their kids once — absolute nightmare. She caused a huge scene, claiming people were photographing her children (they weren’t, another family was just taking pictures of their own kids, and hers happened to be in the background). Meanwhile, he was ignoring clear rules and doing something that could have harmed an animal, then got rude with staff when told to stop. Zero out of ten experience.
