so when the council are asking for me to prove I am who I say I am because my email address is not registered with them whats the best way forwards? I'm not prepared to produce what they are asking ....passport/driving license/birth certificate as I know that is not me I just need to know the right terminology as I will now have to communicate via recorded delivery letter and not email

Exacly, chasing metal circles with number on them paper with numbers on them or 0 & 1's in a computer bank account. Only to give 70% 80% 90% back in rent loans/debs food and mostly fake necessities. So 200 hours gone from your month to earn maybe £100,- to accually save? if you can save at all? Weird world we live in.
