While I agree these things are important, I understand why. When I was a young mother, I worked two and three jobs to provide for my family. I did can fruit and make jams. I did not start gardening until after I retired. But by then, I had arthritis and other health issues that prevented me from continuing that.

I was taught they just won't let you you can't gather your own rainwater everything is seedless now you can't use your own seeds from your last harvest to plant new ones they want you controlled they want to know what you're buying and poison you with GMOs
