Most have ZERO clue. I am working on opening a new location for my business in the Midwest. I’m 1.5 years into the process and we STILL do not have a construction permit. We very well might be 2.5-3 years into the process before we can even occupy the space. It’s maddening. And horrifically expensive. #permitreform!!!

Honestly with the level of detail and care you’re putting into everything ex. Baskets, coffee etc (of the many examples you’ve shared). Things take time, and working in an industry that works with construction, there are always delays. Hang in there ❤️
