Every bite’s packed with that sweet mango flavor that makes you keep going for more, and perfect to enjoy on its own!. @Selecta Philippines INGREDIENTS: Ice Cream Sandwich Base: - 7 cups of cereal of choice - 85 grams of salted butter - 454 grams of mini marshmallows Ice Cream Filling: - Selecta Super Thick Mango Others: - Melted white chocolate - Sprinkles - Freeze dried fruits INSTRUCTIONS: - Start by melting butter, add in your marshmallows. Keep stirring the mixture until the marshmallows are melted. Add in your cereal of choice and fold it in. - Add this into a parchment lined tray, and spread it evenly. let cool for at least 30 mins. - Scoop onto this your softened Selecta Super Thick Mango, and spread it evenly before topping with a second layer of cereal. - Top this with whatever toppings you want, here I'm using melted white chocolate, sprinkles and freeze dried fruits.
