well that's an electric parking brake caliper system and if you put it in service mode it should push straight back without that tool 🤣🤣🤣

I had a Nissan 280-Z that had calipers with Pistons like that. It was kind of hard to do with a screwdriver.

that is a electronic brake caliper after putting it into maintenance mode you can push that one in like normal you should make the video with the other style where you have to spin it in👍
