Orkin honestly claimed my soul for a while. Never really got to see my family was always working OT as a termite tech. I loved the dudes I worked with every day and they made the job amazing but working 70 hours a week was just getting to much especially with a new born I never got to see

Been a technician for 10 years, been around it pretty much my whole life. I definitely ain’t getting rich, but I love my job, make a good living and I get to come home to the wife every day so I can’t complain.

I used to do pest control and had a blast. Meet good people. I don’t mind driving. Plus working outside during this time of the year is great. I still have nightmares of german cockroaches though

I’ve tried getting into it but local companies only hire people with past experience. How’d you get into the field?

My buddy got hired on with a pest control place called clear defense and he told me the same thing. He might not get rich off of it but he really enjoys doing it and likes coming in to work now.

Get to go home to your family everyday?! I don’t see how you could be any more rich than that.
