Brown the butter, then let it cool slightly. 2. Mix with both sugars, then add the egg and vanilla. 3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, fold into the mixture. 4. Gently fold in the chocolate and chips (don’t overmix) 5. Chill dough for at least 1 hour minutes. 6. Bake at 180 °C /350 °F for 12 minutes. 7.
