My nozzle is also getting very powdery and when I put the thing back in, it would powder out like yours does but it’s because if you stick your finger up there make sure it’s all the way closed. Mine wasn’t so I had to take it apart and twist the little white thing under the powder container until the thing lined up closed. There should be no hole.

Im using the same formula as you and the setting says to keep at 5…. I measured the formula and it was a bit short so i put it to the 6th setting and its slightly a little off…. Does this happen to you ?
