It’s not easy to Co-parent, especially when your ex is high-conflict. This is great advice 🙏

Its been alot of biting my tongue. I do alot of the leg work, taking them to him and bringing them home again so i never truly rest. But I do it for them.

OMG this just hit hard. Me and my hubby have had some tough times and couldn't have quite easily split. But we have got through it, together. Our son is 19 now and our strength has only grown with every single year. He has learnt do much from us and we have learnt so much from him.

It's a balancing act and sometimes one when I'm walking on broken glass over coals. But over the last 6 years things have progressed and although we still don't agree on certain aspects of what happens in our son's lives, that balance remains, even if it's a bit tense from time to time. And we never disagree in front of the kids. That's never been discussed, but after a relationship of 21 years together, we just know how each other thinks.

oh fuck Glenn, I could type a post out but it would take me 6 hours of continuous typing and I don't have that in me. it was ROUGH the first few years, now it's completely opposite. I could literally write a book. thank you for these videos. I NEED THEM 💯. Thank You

Never had one. Split the week before I found out I was pregnant. He caused some drama, didn’t get his way and haven’t seen or heard from him since! That was 14 yrs ago. I’m actually really thankful! My neurospicy son would never have been able to deal with the changes in routine or the back and forth. It worked out the best for us all 🥰

Same as others have commented, I wouldn't know. My ex has even admitted to mediators that she doesn't co-parent and has no intention of changing that.
Still haven't seen my kids for 4 months. I used to see them every fortnight
