When mine started this i loosed and move it around my compound even took it to there office but after mounting back it didn’t work until I called the customer care and they told me it will be escalated and it started working again

Bro it’s not network it happen to me and my friends also all you need to do is call their customer service and they will ask you to wait for 24 hours after 1 hour restart the ODU and it will start working

Go to their office it’s NIN barring issue na small issue but restart it if it doesn’t work it NIN barring or airtel network is down in your area but it mostly NIN barring

if you have done a hard reset then you should ask for the one with simcard and make sure your nin is connected to it....

Check the back of that outdoor unit you're holding, login to it IP address, reset it, make sure it's on, it will reboot automatically and the light will be complete
