@davidjachetta: I moved to Calgary 3 years ago and I’ve been slowly finding my people here. Calgary has some amazing people doing some really cool things 😎 I’ve realized if you want to find your people, you gotta put yourself out there. Sometimes that means showing up to a networking event by yourself and being “forced” to talk to new people. So, last night I went to a networking event in Calgary and it was awesome! I honestly love going to these events, meeting new people, & having great conversations. I found it pretty funny, most of the people I met weren’t from Calgary originally and had also moved here to build something. Didn’t see that coming haha. I left feeling energized, with a ton of new friends, had some great chats, and now I have new people to grab a coffee with!
