Yes! I took them during pregnancy but have stayed on them since and I never had any hair loss post partum. If anything my hair, nails etc are even stronger

they definitely help your hair grow but they do have increased amounts of a lot of vitamins so just be careful. I think they have post natal vitamins too

I’ve been taking them for 6 months now and my hair is so strong and grows so freaking fast. Side note I am also a hair stylist so I do also take really good care of my hair. But I’ve totally noticed a difference !

Yes! Especially if you’re anemic! I’ve noticed most women’s vitamins don’t contain iron so I’ve taken prenatals since I was 16!
