here in Phoenix the federal courthouse thing where they do this at is right there on 7th avenue and Van buren. they also got the social Security office in there too. so they all can work hand in hand with each other. I have to explain that to everybody to why those two agencies are in the same building. nobody really understands when I tell him that but I have to explain it to him.

It’s definitely too intimidating for ICE to be in the court hallways. It would be better for them to be in the courtroom itself so that they can take right into custody those whose cases are denied, just like after a criminal conviction or sentence, court officers will take away the defendant. You should feel comfortable going to court, not intimidated.
