@remygumbs: I actually love the fact we can express ourselves through tattoos! I just don’t really resonate with these ones anymore. One was a silly choice made under peer pressure & people pleasing🙃 & the one on my upper arm it just doesn’t flatter my arm the way I’d like it to. Removing them doesn't mean I’ll never get more, I’m just more self aware now & know the styles I would love. Plus, the tattoo industry has evolved soo much past few years & theres are so many incredible artists I’d love to get something special from if I do decide to get more. I do think there’s beauty in old tattoos, they tell a story, a chapter of your life. But when they’re large & hard to cover because of where they are, it just feels better to start fresh ✨ Thanks to @dls_clinic for my tattoo removal journey so far. You’ve been amazing!
