@gravelinetoursrip: Caption graphic content warning ⚠️ On August 14, 1980, 20-year-old model and actress Dorothy Stratten was murdered by her estranged husband, Paul Snider, inside their rented home at 10881 Clarkson Road in West Los Angeles. Dorothy had gone there to discuss the terms of their separation. Hours later, both were found dead in a small guest bedroom — Dorothy shot once in the face with a 12-gauge shotgun, Snider dead by his own hand. Police found both without clothes, the weapon beside Snider’s body, and evidence of a violent struggle — blood spatter across the mirror and walls. The murders occurred between noon and 3 p.m.; their bodies weren’t discovered until late that night.
