best way I found to make flavorful sausage peppers and onions, cook the veggies until a bit limp add seasoning of choice, put to the side any liquid left in the pan leave, cut sausage into 1 inch slices while frozen is the best way put them into the pan add a bit more liquid season put a lid on let them steam until done when done either add the veggies which will help thicken the liquid or separate and add to your roll, it's easy and very flavorful. badia all season is a great season to add and low sodium, there is never a bad way to make spo just don't put mayo on it that's nasty.

My aunt always told us to brown our sausage in the pan first and then transfer everything to our baking sheet together. That’s how she made it her own I guess! Love the videos chef keep it up!

I do this a lot, but I cut my peppers and onions longways and leave my sausages whole and serve it on a bun with whatever condiments everyone like. I have made it this way more that a few times though. sausages, peppers and onions are one of my absolute favorite meals! nice work!

It will come out bland roast the sausage with no water and deglazed the pan and you get a nice sausage gravy to add to it that’s flavor
