@thedarcytwins: When I comes to Japanese restaurants, we’re a bit of a snob with it, however Nishiki in Edinburgh is our new favourite. It’s Edinburghs newest Japanese restaurant and it doesn’t come to play. I guess it helps being the sister restaurant to our now old favourite, Yamato. The food was insane quality and the flavours balanced perfectly! They do everyone’s favourite sushi and ramen along with a selection of meat, veg and fish dishes all in a small plates setting to share. The restaurant sits on Bread St next to Haymarket and it’s ideal for a lunch or dinner. It’s great if your eating in a big group or on a date.
